Marketplace policy

Rules for clear, fair listings.

Manga Dumpster is built around honest descriptions, respectful communication, and accurate manga listings.

Listing standards

Sellers must list the correct series title, included volumes, condition, price, and known defects. If a listing is a bundle or partial set, the exact included volumes should be written in the volume field or description.

Condition disclosure

Sellers should disclose water damage, smoke odor, heavy yellowing, missing pages, loose binding, library markings, tears, stickers, writing, stains, sun fading, and edition mismatches. Photos should show the actual item being sold whenever possible.

Prohibited listings

Do not list stolen goods, counterfeit goods, bootleg copies, illegal material, items unrelated to manga or manga-adjacent books, or listings that are intentionally misleading. Manga Dumpster may remove listings that appear unsafe, fraudulent, or outside the marketplace purpose.

Buyer and seller communication

Messages should stay respectful and focused on the listing. Harassment, spam, threats, impersonation, and attempts to deceive another user are not allowed.

Reports

If a listing looks inaccurate or unsafe, use the report option on the listing page or contact support@mangadumpster.com with the listing URL and a short explanation.
