Terms of Use
The basic rules for using Manga Dumpster as a buyer, seller, or visitor.
Using the marketplace
You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and follow the Marketplace Policy and Community Guidelines. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Buying and selling
Listings must accurately describe the item, condition, price, and shipping terms. Buyers agree to pay the displayed total. Sellers agree to ship paid orders promptly and provide truthful tracking information.
Payments and fees
Payments are processed by Stripe. Marketplace fees, processing costs, refunds, disputes, taxes, and payout timing are described on the Payments and Fees page. Sellers must complete Stripe onboarding before receiving payouts.
Cancellations, refunds, and disputes
Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed under the Marketplace Policy. Manga Dumpster may request documentation, pause payouts, reverse transfers where permitted, or take other reasonable steps to resolve transaction problems.
Prohibited activity
Fraud, harassment, unlawful goods, counterfeit items, inappropriate content, payment evasion, account misuse, and attempts to interfere with the site are prohibited.
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Manga Dumpster permission to host, display, resize, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the marketplace. You must have the right to upload the content you provide.
Account actions
Manga Dumpster may restrict, suspend, or close accounts and remove listings when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, or platform integrity.
Service availability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, and interruptions may occur. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
